What you’ll be doing
* Assembling and testing high-precision components
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out rework
* Performing flow matching, wire locking, and finishing techniques
* Working to detailed technical documentation and quality standards
* Supporting continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a production or assembly environment (aerospace or similar)
* Skilled in using hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment
* Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience
* Strong diagnostic and self-inspection skills
* Familiarity with technical documentation and data recording
* Stamp holder experience is a plus
* Understanding of 5S principles (training provided if needed)
