Robert Half has partnered with a luxury construction company looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to help transform how the business uses data, from building powerful dashboards to shaping performance metrics that guide key decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning and optimising the use of their project management analytics.
* Designing interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting suites
* Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical teams
* Partnering with Finance, Operations & People to improve performance
* Automating reporting and spotting opportunities for efficiency
* Exploring ways to integrate AI into our processes
What you’ll bring:
* Strong experience in Power BI, data modelling & DAX
* Ability to interpret and challenge complex datasets
* Stakeholder confidence
* A commercial mindset with a focus on real world impact
* Curiosity, proactivity and the ability to simplify the complex
