Plumber – Bristol
Experienced Plumber required on social housing maintenance works in Bristol for a reliable and well liked maintenance contractor based in Bristol who has lots of work on and is going from strength to strength.
Permanent role starting at around £35,000 per annum holiday and van fuel card (16.50/17ph holiday pay). with scope for an increase in rate after probation.
Fortnightly pay.
40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm
Plumber Day to Day:
1. Work in social housing properties
2. You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance
3. Response and disrepair work
4. Working alongside other trades when required
5. Travelling to various jobs in the company van
6. Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite
7. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Plumber Requirements:
8. Good plumbing experience
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. DBS will be carried out
