The role
Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. Rota: Every Monday and Tuesday 10:30- 13:30 and Wednesday 13:30-18:00 with alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 12:00-15:00 Main duties and responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by: Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines To be successful in this role, we are looking for people: Good friendly manner Good interpersonal skills Willing to learn
