Global investors – We're proud to be backed by Brookfield and part of the HomeServe Group Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Renewables Administrator to support our team in managing all administrative aspects of Distribution Network Operator (DNO) applications, approvals, and communications. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate processing of grid connection requests and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy or utilities sector, strong administrative skills, and a good understanding of DNO processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, submit, and track grid connection applications with various Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). Maintain and update internal records and databases with the status of applications and correspondence. Liaise with DNOs, clients, and internal teams to coordinate the progression of grid connection projects. Ensure documentation and applications comply with current regulations, policies, and technical standards. Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely processing of applications and deliverables. Generate reports and summaries for stakeholders, including key dates, costs, and progress updates. Support the Grid Connections or Engineering team with general administrative tasks as required. Qualifications & Experience: Proven administrative or coordination experience, preferably in the utilities, energy, or construction sectors. Strong understanding of DNO processes or experience working with energy networks is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools. Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy.
