The Role: As a Service Centre Membership Advisor, you will play a key role in upholding the company's reputation for outstanding customer service. You'll handle a variety of enquiries, resolving them directly where possible or escalating them to the appropriate team. Your goal will be to deliver consistent, high-quality support in line with team standards.
