Responsibilities: Produce asset appraisals by analysing business data to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with key stakeholders to gather both qualitative and quantitative insight throughout the appraisal process. Provide data-driven recommendations to maximise property performance, supported by training on systems, data and strategy. Analyse cost trends, benchmarking and asset performance to inform delivery expectations and long-term investment decisions. Support portfolio management through accurate reporting, KPIs, forecasts, cost monitoring and scheme feasibility work.
