Chase Medical have an exciting, unique new role as a Personal Assistant to the Medical Director at a small family-run private clinic in Leeds!
This role will be perfect for a driven, detail-oriented, proactive PA who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same! Support will be given to learn the ropes of the role and company.
They require Full Time hours for this position but may consider a job share, so if you have the desired skills but less than full time availability, do please apply!
The role's essential requirements are:
* Previous experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant within a fast-paced environment, or a senior, varied administration role).
* Proven record of organisation and attention to detail.
* Experience of creating high-quality, grammatically proficient letters and documentation.
* Strong IT skills to book in clients, take payments, and use Word/Excel for editing and creating reports.
* Proactivity in chasing invoices and ledgers.
* Ability to absorb and apply information.
* High levels of organisation and time management, to sort admin, calendars, and filing whilst also being patient-facing, booking in appointments and answering queries.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse setting where no two days are the same.
It would be desirable to have prior knowledge and understanding of a similar clinical setting and understanding of the GP's job, but they will consider candidates who have worked relevant roles in different fast-paced settings.
