Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant with strong financial expertise and exceptional relationship-management skills. This role is ideal for a professional who can engage confidently with sophisticated investors, interpret financial data, and articulate the value of UK property investments as part of a broader wealth strategy.
You will be responsible for expanding and servicing our established international client base while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across timezones.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with existing and new investors—predominantly based in Singapore and internationally.
* Present tailored UK property investment opportunities with financial clarity and strategic insight.
* Evaluate investment potential through analysis of yield, capital growth, cashflow, and IRR metrics.
* Manage the full client journey from first contact to acquisition and ongoing portfolio growth.
* Collaborate with in-house analysts, deal-sourcing teams, and external partners to deliver data-driven recommendations.
* Monitor UK property market trends, financing structures, and economic indicators affecting investment decisions.
* Represent E&O Property Investments with professionalism, expertise, and commercial confidence.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in property sales, investment advisory, or financial services.
* Strong financial knowledge and the ability to interpret investment returns, ROI, cashflow, IRR and risk metrics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at engaging international investors with cultural awareness and professionalism.
* Comfortable operating across multiple timezones and managing cross-border client relationships.
* Results-oriented with strong commercial instincts and attention to detail.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
* Experience working with overseas investors is a strong advantage.
