Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bid Manager located in Brentwood, with some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, including bid preparation, bid writing, and proposal management. The role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring all bid documents are completed accurately and submitted on time. The Bid Manager will also develop strategies for winning bids, analysing the requirements, and ensuring compliance with all bid specifications.
Qualifications
* Bid Preparation, Bid Writing, and Proposal Management skills
* Experience in Bid Management and understanding of Bid Processes
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Experience in the commercial cleaning or support services industry is a plus
