The Role you will be doing; Purchase/Sales ledger processing via Sage 50 including monthly supplier payment runs Processing of Payroll Uploading BACs payments Account reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis daily/weekly basis Credit control & debt chasing Management of Petty Cash General Sales ledger processes Producing end of month reports for MD Preparation of statutory accounts Assist with answering in-coming customer telephone enquiries Dealing with general enquiries. Raising Sales Orders and Invoices Booking external carrier if, and when required. You will be working Monday Friday 8am 4:30pm About You; Minimum AAT (Level 3 or higher) qualified (knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures) Experience working with the following: Sage, VAT, HMRC returns, Pensions and CIS Experience of working within an accounts department for 2 years (minimum) Self-motivated, positive and a conscientious team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly numerate and possess exceptional attention to detail. Methodical in prioritising workload and have a high level of accuracy.
