Experienced CSCS Labourer Required in Exeter
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer in Exeter to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction labourer seeking consistent work in Exeter and across Devon.
The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team, travelling to various construction sites and supporting specialist fire stopping operatives with materials handling and general site duties.
Key Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Clean, full UK driving licence (essential)
* Must be aged 25 or over for company vehicle insurance purposes
* Ability to travel daily to our Exeter head office
* Previous construction site experience
* References required and will be checked
* Up-to-date CV must be provided
Experience in fire stopping, passive fire protection, or similar specialist construction work is advantageous but not essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assisting fire stopping contractors on-site
* Moving materials and equipment
* General labouring duties on construction sites
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Travelling to various sites across Devon
* Driving the company van when required
