Due to recent contract wins we’re looking to invite a few talented, like-minded people into the team… If you’re a talented digital designer with an incredible eye for detail, a focus on innovation and experience creating simple, useful and elegant digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting in compiling and conducting UX workshops both with the client and back at base.
Translating workshop outcomes and client requirements into fully fledged solutions through:
User profiling.
User-flow definition.
Wireframe production.
High-fidelity mockups, and
Interactive prototypes.
Craft compelling and engaging user experiences no matter the sector or subject matter.
Working within and extending existing design languages to help evolve digital platforms whilst maintaining consistency.
Considering and integrating benchmarking throughout your work in order to measure success as well as highlight areas for improvement.
Making high level design and UX decisions related to projects.
Working closely with all teams including front and back-end development, commercial and project management to ensure design and project integrity is maintained (or exceeded) through to delivery and beyond.
For this role we’d like to see:
Minimum of 5 years in a UX and Design role. Good knowledge of Service Design principles and methods.
Great working knowledge of standard creative and UX tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with After Effects would be a bonus.
Familiar with modern user-testing techniques such as A/B and multivariate testing. Familiarity with other on-page analytics tools such as Hotjar or similar and experience with developing research based recommendations off the back of using the above research tools.
Keen eye for gathering and utilising research.
An incredibly keen eye for detail is a must, consistency throughout your work with clean, grouped and labeled artwork files.
Commitment and the ability to work to deadlines.
Familiar with Agile and Sprint working methodologies.
Familiar with Google Analytics.
Passionate about digital creative and have a solid understanding of the digital space.
