ServiceNow Business Analyst
I am working with two clients recruiting for ServiceNow BAs, one is a leading MSP and the other an end client in the insurance sector.
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (1-5 years) with strong business requirement analysis and customer service/client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Solution Shaping: Work with developers and architects to design scalable processes within the ServiceNow platform.
* Process Analysis: Review existing asset management workflows, identify optimisation opportunities, and align solutions with licensing compliance and governance standards.
* Collaboration: Partner with the Integration team to ensure seamless cross-module functionality.
* Documentation & Testing: Support UAT, document processes, and ensure smooth transition into production environments.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
* Hands-on involvement in ServiceNow projects.
* Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional ServiceNow teams.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language.
