Our client, a leading global fintech is seeking highly motivated Complaints Analysts to join its compliance team in London. These are full time, in office roles. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses. Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management. Identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and customer service practices. Requirements: At least 2 - 5 years experience in a complaints handling role, preferably within the financial services, fintech/ crypto sectors. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
