Delivering highly available and secure networks with disaster recovery options. Key responsibilities:To establish ITSM standards, processes and guidelines that are in line with industry standards and best practices. Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of hands-on knowledge in Wintel Infrastructure, designing and deploying Clinigens Infrastructure to ensure Network Qualification compliance. Provide technical leadership to team members. Provide 3rd line operational support to the business as and when requiredAnalyse system performance and makes recommendations for optimization. Ensure that the production environment is highly available per the needs of the business and established Service Level Agreements. Lead and establish Root Cause Analysis for all High Severity issues. Work with multiple teams for successful resolution of issues and incidents. Participate in the upgrade/patching planning and execution of the Middleware software. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for Issues, security related threats and vulnerabilities as it pertains to middleware. Participation in establishing and test disaster recovery policies and procedures across all Middleware environments. Ensure adherence to applicable Change and Release Management processes. Develop technical documentation and procedure on monitoring, performance. Lead problem determination on system errors or malfunctions and works with the application team/supplier to identify, diagnose and rectify the problem. Supports internal and external audit exercises for the maintenance of various certifications and contractual requirements. Keeps abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards and new software or hardware solutions that may affect decisions on systems building or enhancements RequirementsITIL Foundation-level knowledge. Experience in the following security domain areas; Vulnerability Assessment and Management, Security Risk and Compliance, Cloud Security Architecture, Application Security, Security Operations Centre and Investigations, Incident Management and Security Engineering. Good understanding and practical experience of Cyber Security Frameworks and standards such as NCSC security principles, NIST Framework, ISO 27001, ISO27005, IEC62443 etc. Good understanding of Cyber Assurance Framework and experience with working with Regulators and providing compliance updates for OT environment. Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, software, hardware and security. An understanding of the cyber security risks associated with various technologies and ways to manage them. A good working knowledge of various security technologies such as network and application firewalls, host intrusion prevention and anti-virus. The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong relationships with staff and other relevant individuals. Verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with an ability to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical team members and other relevant individuals. Time management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and an ability to analyse complex technical information in order to identify patterns and trends.
