Regional Manager - Forestry Sector (North East Scotland)

This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable forest and land management services to a diverse client base.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and inspiring regional teams to achieve operational and commercial success.
* Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver results.
* Driving innovation and best practice in forestry management.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in UK forest management with strong technical and commercial expertise.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters (or similar) is desirable.
* A valid driving licence is essential.
