Production Operatives required in Ledbury, Working Monday to Friday, 05:30/06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:30, rotating weekly. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the food manufacturing sector. Full training is provided – no previous experience in food production is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused on packaging and handling food products.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold chilled good environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).Working Hours:
This is a rotational shift Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between:
Morning Shift: 05:30/06:00 – 14:00
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30What We Offer:

Must be physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
