Butter & Crust is a fast-growth weekend breakfast subscription. We deliver freshly baked goods to customers’ doorsteps every weekend and we’re hiring a hands-on COO to run and scale the operation. 📈
You’ll own delivery, packing, customer service, lead the ops team, and drive continuous improvement. We run lean, so you’ll also build better workflows and internal tools (Airtable-heavy) to reduce errors, lower delivery costs, and keep quality high as we grow. ⚙️📊🤝
Key initiatives for next year:

* Building and launching our B2B proposition 🏢📦
Ideal experience:
* Improving operational performance (cost, on-time, errors) 🚚✅
* Building internal tools & automations (especially with Airtable) 🛠️

The Package
* 💸 Salary: Up to £70,000 DoE
