About the Role
We are looking for a talented, pragmatic, and resourceful Project & Installations Manager to join our growing London office, based in East London. This is an exciting career opportunity within a fast‑growing business. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with project management experience in the design or retail industry, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Projects range from large‑scale worldwide productions to bespoke one‑off installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise, manage, and oversee Acierta UK’s involvement in all assigned projects within Acierta Group.
* Supervise and coordinate all installations in the UK for Acierta Group.
* Expand and strengthen the UK supplier network, building lasting relationships.
* Coordinate internal and external supplier production and installation workflows.
* Analyse and interpret technical and design briefings accurately.
* Define project objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
* Keep stakeholders informed of progress and milestones.
* Conduct site visits, oversee set‑ups (including overnight installations), and ensure fabrication quality.
* Maintain strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture).
* Technical design and production background, with proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and Rhino (required).
* Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Team‑oriented yet self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel for work meetings and installations.
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or a related technical role.
