Night Shifts Start Between 4:00pm - 6:00pm

The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to work with our client based in Gateshead. Our client is expanding their transport team to support outbound deliveries of packaging products across the UK.
The Role
* Trunking runs to set locations around England
* Night shifts start between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
* Drivers are welcome to work day shifts, night shifts, or both
* Speed, efficiency, and accuracy are essential to ensure on-time deliveries
* This is a customer-facing role requiring a professional and friendly approach
* Induction and driving assessment required before starting
The Candidate
* Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) licence
* Minimum 1 year of commercial Class 1 driving experience
* Smart appearance and positive, professional attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours of Work
* Night shifts start between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
* Flexible scheduling with shifts offered on an ad hoc basis
* Plenty of ongoing work for suitable candidates
Pay Rates (PAYE)
* £17.75 per hour - Monday to Friday (Night shifts)
* Day shift pay rates available on enquiry
* £19.75 per hour - Saturday (Night shifts)
* £20.75 per hour - Sunday and Bank Holidays (Night shifts)
