The role:
As an experienced recruiter, you will take ownership of your desk and be responsible for driving performance, revenue, and long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Meeting and exceeding gross profit targets and KPIs
* Sourcing, attracting, and qualifying high-quality candidates within Allied Health / Health Science
* Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities
* Collaborating with the Business Development team on proposals and service delivery
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job qualification and CV submission through to interview, offer, placement, and post-placement care
* Proactively identifying and converting cold, prospect, and lapsed clients
* Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with candidates and clients through regular check-ins
* Maximising candidate utilisation and ensuring accurate, compliant database records
* Ensuring all candidates meet safeguarding, compliance, and training requirements prior to deployment
* Adhering to commercial, legal, financial, and data protection standards
* Monitoring placement end dates, securing extensions, and redeploying candidates
* Contributing positively to team culture and cross-functional collaboration
