Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for inventory management? Our client, a well-established organisation in the supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to join their team.
Working Hours and Location
Monday-Friday 7:30-16:15, with a half day on Friday. This position is fully on-site.
Role Overview
As the Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stock availability without compromising inventory targets. You will coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth supply of materials and products, conduct regular inventory cycles, and report findings. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing and resolving inventory-related issues.
Responsibilities
* Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and production teams.
* Assist in planning stock takes and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
* Experience with MRP systems is highly desirable.
* Previous team management experience is a plus.
* Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Office and Excel, are essential.
