Benefits of joining us as a Retail Collections Advisor Pension Staff Discount Weekly Pay Bonus Scheme Incentives & Rewards Free Onsite Parking Career Development The Role - Retail/Customer Collections Advisor Contacting business's/customers to arrange payment of invoices Responsible for escalated issues from business's/customers Answer any business/customer queries regarding disputes with invoices To monitor and review customer debt - Collection through phone and e-mail Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with business customers. Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems Admin duties as and when required Required Experience Excellent communication skills Previous telephone experience Previous Customer Service experience Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential as full training will be given Great problem-solving skills Track record in customer query management Ability to work both a team and as an individual Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team Ability to strive within a busy environment Knowledgeable on MS Office INDLP2
