What We're Looking For
We want someone who’s:
* Proactive, highly organised, and naturally helpful
* Always ready to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile
* Warm, friendly, and approachable – you love people and it shows
* A team player who can also thrive independently
???? A background in customer service or front-of-house/reception is a big plus.
Key Skills
* A true ‘customer-first’ mindset
* Confident communication skills (written & verbal)
* Comfortable with tech – particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Open to learn new AI technology.
* Great at prioritising and multitasking
* Positive, can-do attitude – someone who sees solutions, not problems
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
* Be the first smile people see – welcome members and guests warmly and professionally
* Know your community – greet key members by name and understand their business needs
* Answer calls and handle enquiries efficiently and graciously
* Keep the Front of House immaculate, professional, and inviting
* Ensure guests are signed in and equipped with access cards
* Support meeting room and facility checks to ensure everything’s ready
* Occasionally host tours for potential members or visitors
* Help organise and run business and social events
* Guide customers on fire safety and health & safety procedures
