Key Account Manager – Dental Implants (DSO Focus)
South of Birmingham
Location: Home-based with national travel
Territory: South of Birmingham (excluding extreme South West)
Salary: c. £50,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £90,000–£100,000+ (Uncapped)
Package: Car allowance, fully expensed travel, laptop, phone, pension
The Company
Our client is a premium dental implant manufacturer investing heavily in corporate dental groups and DSOs. With clinically strong products and a long-term partnership model, they are expanding their strategic account function to support sustained national growth.
The Role
This is a strategic Key Account Manager position focused on developing, managing, and expanding relationships with DSOs and large multi-site dental groups.
You will operate at a senior level, working with clinical leaders, procurement, and executive stakeholders to secure long-term agreements, drive adoption across groups, and identify expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven dental industry sales experience
* Direct experience selling into DSOs or large corporate dental groups
* Strong commercial and negotiation capability
* Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex accounts
* Comfortable operating autonomously in a senior-facing role
