We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned establishment known for its outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
 * Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
 * Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
 * Manage stock levels, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
 * Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for guests.
 * Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative cocktail menus and enhance bar offerings.
 * Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
 * Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-end bar or hospitality setting.
 * Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage trends.
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 * A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
 * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer
 * Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus approximately £6,500 in tronc.
 * Live-in accommodation available (subject to availability).
 * A 48-hour workweek spread over 5 days.
