We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bridgwater, who are recruiting for a Damp and Mould Administrator on a temporary three month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time.
The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £19.00 via an Umbrella company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Coordinating and scheduling damp and mould repair work across the housing portfolio
2. Challenging and managing contractor performance to ensure work is completed to required standards and within agreed timescales
3. Maintaining regular communication with tenants to arrange access, providing updates, and addressing any concerns related to repair works
4. Keeping internal compliance and asset management systems fully updated with repair progress, contractor activity, and tenant communications
5. Monitoring outstanding repairs and following up on delayed works to maintain service level compliance
6. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of damp and mould issues
Experience required:
7. Experience required in Social Housing and tenants
8. Experience working within Damp and Mould
