As an Office Administration Assistant, you will get involved with:
· Dealing with client enquiries – Telephone/Email
· Registering new subcontractors
· Weekly administration tasks
· Bank Reconciliations
· Processing invoices
· Preparing payment runs
· VAT Returns
· CIS Returns
· Other Ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed:
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Essential knowledge of Microsoft packages is required
· Resourceful and capable of working as a team member
· Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri
OR
Part Time: 9am – 5.30 pm, 3 days a week (negotiable).
