An excitingopportunity has arisen to jointly lead the busy admin team within theMusculoskeletal service at First Community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic andmotivated person with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Youshould be able to use your own initiative, enjoy dealing with the public andworking under pressure, as part of a friendly team.
Main duties of the job
Dutiesare varied and include working with the current team lead and Admin Manager toensure smooth running of the service and producing data for submission to theICB and NHSE.
Yourresponsibilities will also include joint management of the admin team, whichinvolves conducting Achievement Reviews and management of performance, soprevious experience of this type of work is desirable.
The post is primarilybased at East Surrey Hospital but with a potential move to central Redhillduring the course of the contract. It will also include occasional evening workand a requirement to visit the other sites that we offer therapy services from,such as Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Therapies Unit.

Job responsibilities
The post holder is responsible for:
* Co-ordinating, monitoring and assisting in the provision of the full administrative service for the therapy services
* Working in any of the Therapy Departments within First Community Health & Care
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of efficient processes in relation to the collection and recording of data
* Supervising and managing the other administration staff within the Therapies clerical team, on a day to day basis
* Assisting with planning and administering clinic schedules (including late clinics)
