* As a Remote Operating Centre Plant Performance Manager, you will monitor and manage the operation of plants in the UK, Ireland and South Africa to ensure that they are operated in a safe, reliable and efficient way
* There will be a great focus on reviewing plant and process control design, driving pro-active equipment and process improvements and identifying and reporting efficiency initiatives
* Additionally you will be managing production plans to minimize our power costs based on time of use, electricity pricing and co-ordinate with customer pipeline and bulk liquid delivery schedules.
* You work effectively with Linde´s collective capability and to ensure that lessons learnt from reliability events are communicated effectively

What You Will Enjoy Doing

What Makes You Great
* A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
* You have proven experience in the gas/oil/petrochemical/chemical process industry and you own a valid driver’s license
* Experience in process design, operations, commissioning and project work, with specific experience in plant performance tracking and optimization
* In addition you have sound experience in automation and/or advanced process control loops
* You are in a position of personal accountability and have a track record coaching and training individuals
* Lastly, you must have a high level of personal integrity
