This small boutique luxury 5 star property operates with very high service levels and we are looking for a Sous Chef who can deliver with the Head Chef on the excellent, small Fine Dining food operation.
As well as a CDP to help support the kitchen operation. The roles are mainly focused on Dinner service with a strong focus on the Evening operation with lunchtime generally only a consideration for Sunday lunches.. You will be working very closely with the Head Chef and as part of a small team, you will require previous experience in luxury 5 Star environment or other high end kitchens - strong communication and organisational skills are required. This role comes with an excellent holiday package and is commutable from a large accommodation catchment area. Basic salary is up to 42/43k + Gratuities for the Sous. 32/33k + Gratuities for the CDP. Transport is a must due to location.
