Job Title: Credit Controller (3-Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Wembley Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro-rated for 3 months) Contract: Full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Credit Controller to join a reputable property company based in Wembley on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The primary focus will be to manage and collect aged debt efficiently, helping to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities Manage and pursue aged debt across the companys property portfolio. Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and secure outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements. Liaise with internal teams, including finance and property management, to resolve disputes or billing queries. Provide regular reports on debt recovery status to management. Support the finance team with month-end processes and reconciliations related to receivables. Escalate complex or problematic accounts as necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar debt collection role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage own workload under tight deadlines. Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities. Familiarity with credit control software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in property or real estate sector preferred but not essential. Immediate availability is essential.
