Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £24,968 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30
Annual Leave: 20 days, plus bank holidays

Purpose of Role
You'll coordinate all aspects of client and company materials, supporting vendor processes, engineering documentation, and reporting. You'll update systems, manage stock (FIFO, replenishment), and ensure precise data handling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Procurement
* Oversee full procurement life cycle: sourcing materials, raising POs, tracking PODs and returns, processing stock movements, and managing stock adjustments.
* Handle supplier invoice queries promptly and ensure accurate purchase order controls.
* Apply correct product coding for reporting and be familiar with bonded/free-issue stock processes.
2. Client & Vendor Support
* Serve as a liaison with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, supervisors, and management to meet SLAs.
* Generate and maintain progress/status reports for client systems.
3. System Updates & Reporting
* Maintain and update client and internal systems.
* Ensure accurate stock retention and replenishment.
4. Compliance & Documentation
* Understand F-Gas regulations: record, document, and file refrigerant movements.
* Ensure all legislative paperwork is processed and archived (including scanning).
5. Health, Safety & Well-being
* Adhere to statutory, company, and regulatory H&S policies; use proper PPE.
* Escalate unresolved issues to H&S Manager; complete and sign required paperwork.
6. Teamwork & Continuous Development
* Build proactive relationships with your line manager and supporting teams.
* Participate in departmental collaboration and development initiatives.
* Undertake training and personal development to enhance team effectiveness.
