Operations Director / Service Centre Director The Opportunity As Service Centre Director, youll be fully accountable for all aspects of the sites performance P&L ownership, sales, operational delivery, and the leadership of a skilled workforce. Youll shape the sites strategy, build a high-performance culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, youll have the autonomy to run this site like your own business with the backing of a successful, ambitious group behind you. Lead a team of over 40 employees, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus. Set and deliver on strategic objectives driving growth, profitability, and market leadership. Maintain and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality through lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage recruitment, training, and performance management to develop high-performing teams. Drive outstanding levels of customer satisfaction across all operations. Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency. Build strong, influential relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
