Elevation HR are looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to support a logistics and manufacturing operations. You'll be the go-to person for managers and employees, handling everything from employee relations cases to recruitment, while keeping them compliant and their people engaged.
This is a fast-paced, operational role where you'll make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do
* Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and organisational change projects
* Coach managers on people management and HR best practices
* Keep policies up to date and ensure compliance with employment law
* Deliver training and upskill managers
* Deliver HR metrics and reports to drive decision-making
What We Need
* Able to work in a fast-paced ever changing environment
* Proven track record handling some ER cases independently
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility quickly
* Confident decision-maker who can juggle priorities in a busy environment
