We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing financial services business based in Northamptonshire. As a Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's extensive network of brokers, helping them navigate applications, documentation and customer requirements while building long-term professional relationships.
The Role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of brokers
* Act as the primary point of contact for broker enquiries
* Support brokers throughout the application process
* Assist with application forms, documentation and electronic signatures
* Liaise with underwriting and operational teams to ensure smooth processing
* Provide regular updates and exceptional customer service
* Identify opportunities to maximise broker engagement and business growth
* Ensure all communications and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
About You
* Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Relationship Management or Financial Services
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities
* A proactive and customer-focused approach
* Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Good attention to detail
Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Lending, Insurance or Mortgage sectors. However, this is not essential. The company offers excellent training and ongoing support, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within financial services.
