Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents behaviour with care, ensuring to document and report any changes in accordance with required legislation.
* Support residents nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
* Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
* Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
What Were Looking For
* Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
* Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
