Business Analysis Team Lead
We are looking for a Business Analysis Team Lead to join our client permanently, deputising for the Head of Business Analysis and providing line management responsibilities for the overall Business Analysis team.
This role will be a hands on people management position and you will look to support, coach, train and develop the Business Analysts in your team, ensuring they grow and lead them towards their goals.
You will have previous BA experience as well as proven experience with line management and direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership, providing day-to-day line management of BA's across Junior to Senior level
* Coach, mentor and support individual growth
* Identify and deliver development and training opportunities
* Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
* Support career development and set plans for growth
* Be able to transition to assist with hands on BA project support
* Maintain, enhance and improve the Business Analysis processes
* Lead discovery and scoping phases for new projects
* Engage with senior stakeholders and maintain relationships
Key Skills:
* Experience within a Business Analysis team
* Proven leadership experience and line management responsibilities
* Experience with requirement gathering, documentation and process analysis
* Define requirements and user stories
* Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Comfortable providing constructive feedback to the team
* Experience with APIs/API integration is beneficial
In return we can offer the successful applicant hybrid working with the needs to visit their office in Staines-Upon-Thames, 2 days per week and a salary of up to £65,000 plus other great benefits and a company that values its employees.
