Brand Manager (Maternity Cover – Part-Time, 3 Days per Week)

We're looking for a Brand Manager to join y on a maternity cover contract (part-time, 3 days a week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised marketer to step into a hands-on role and make an impact across multiple brands and channels.
As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering campaigns that build awareness, strengthen our brand presence, and support business growth. You'll work closely with the Brand Marketing Lead, manage a direct report, and collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life — from concept through to execution.
What you'll be doing:
Support the delivery of brand campaigns across multiple channels (events, sponsorships, digital, and print).
Ensure brand messaging is consistent, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Manage supplier and ambassador relationships, ensuring contracts are optimised.
Line manage and support the development of a direct report.
Oversee campaign performance reporting and provide insights for future planning.
Own the annual review of marketing collateral to ensure brand standards are met.
Manage budgets and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Work with creative teams to deliver relevant, on-brand content.
Attend events where required and lead post-event analysis and follow-up campaigns.
What we're looking for:
Experience managing brand campaigns, suppliers, and ambassador contracts.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A keen creative flair with attention to detail.
Confidence analysing MI/financial data to inform business cases.
Knowledge of GDPR, FCA compliance, and marketing regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience in financial services marketing.
A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma.
