Due to continued expansion they are looking for Production Line Supervisors to join the team on a 4 on 4 off days-based role in the pre pack area offering a great work life balance!
In this role you will be hands on working on the production line, alongside supervising a team of 10-15 people and will support the Production Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers in the day to day running of busy production linesto ensure smooth and efficient production on the factory floor.

The Role:
1. Supervising a team on a busy production line
2. Operating food production machinery
3. Monitoring line speed to ensure smooth running
The Person:
4. Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment as a Line Supervisor / Line Leader or senior operative looking to move in to this role
5. Good communication skills & the ability to problem-solve and lead the team
