The Family Care Division is seeking a staff member to join the Divisional Quality Governance Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience and interest in quality governance and risk management. Applicants should have a clinical background, professional registration or equivalent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with incident reporting systems, incident investigations, and understanding of complaints and incident management processes are required.
The post involves supporting and coordinating quality governance activities for Child Health and CAMHS, including investigating complaints and incidents, ensuring timely completion, and contributing to a safety and learning culture. It offers a development opportunity from AfC Band 6 to Band 7, or at Band 7 for suitably experienced candidates, with full-time hours (37.5/week).
The successful candidate will work alongside the Divisional Head of Quality Governance and Risk, leading investigations, producing reports, and facilitating staff training. Key responsibilities include promoting safety culture, managing incident and risk data, supporting audits and reviews, and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. The role also involves leadership, education, and participation in various quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote a positive safety culture and coordinate incident reporting and investigations.
* Monitor and review clinical incidents, complaints, and risk assessments.
