Nursing and Operational Overview
Busy Bees Reading Holme Park, a Good-rated center by Ofsted, accommodates 56 children and supports early childhood development through curriculum and community visits.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum in your rooms.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Act as Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage (e.g., Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
