Your new roleThis newly created Director, Partner Designate role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a new Business Advisory Service, with a defined route into Partnership within 12-18 months will take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, build a team and work closely with the Managing Partner to shape the future of the firm. The role combines technical excellence, commercial leadership and strategic influence.
What you'll need to succeed
* ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA / RI supported)
* Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work
* An existing client portfolio, with ambition to develop further
* Background from a mid‑tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm
* A commercial, advisory‑led mindset
* Leadership capability and cultural alignment
