Based in Hereford with additional offices in Ludlow and Shrewsbury, they are now looking for a Bookkeeper to join their growing team and support a range of clients using modern, cloud-based accounting tools.

What you could be doing...
1. Keeping digital finance records accurate, consistent, and up to date
2. Reconciling transactions and resolving any account mismatches
3. Managing bank feeds and processing online payments efficiently
4. Uploading purchase invoices using smart automation tools
5. Preparing and submitting VAT returns across a varied client portfolio
6. Offering hands-on support to clients on their day-to-day financial processes
7. Managing your own workflow and priorities while contributing to a collaborative team
What we're looking for...
1. At least 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping role (practice or industry considered)
2. Confident using cloud-based software like Xero and Dext
3. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping practices, ideally up to Trial Balance
4. Organised, methodical, and confident working across multiple clients
5. Great communication skills with a proactive, can-do mindset
6. A genuine interest in tech and how it can improve the way we work
7. Able to hit deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
