We're looking for a pro-active and committed Operations Manager to take charge of two of our international programmes. As the Operations Manager You'll be the operational heartbeat between our UK office, and local teams overseas, It's a high-trust, hands-on role with lots of variety - part people leadership, part customer experience, part logistics and planning. And because every day brings something new, you'll need to stay calm under pressure and thrive on problem-solving.
