About the Role
Our client is a leading international law firm with a global focus on high-net-worth individuals, families, and private capital. They are seeking a talented Private Client & Tax Associate to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, cross-border matters for some of the world’s wealthiest clients, alongside highly regarded specialists in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on UK personal tax, international wealth structuring, trusts, succession planning, and estate matters.
* Provide guidance to settlors, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries on the establishment and management of offshore structures.
* Manage your own caseload efficiently, delivering high-quality professional services.
* Build and maintain networks with intermediaries and clients, supporting business development activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless international advice.
Candidate Requirements
* 1–4 PQE in England & Wales with experience in private client, wealth structuring, and tax.
* Strong experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals and families.
* Proven track record of handling transactions and large projects.
* Excellent academics, research, and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel.
* Team player with a proactive, client-focused approach.
