Position Details
Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a busy but dynamic Health Board Reception team. You must have an excellent telephone manner and knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages. An ability to learn how to use different systems is advantageous. The role entails working with clinical staff and liaising with patients seeking care face to face as well as on the telephone and booking appointments.
Hours of work are 19.73 hours per week, over 5 afternoons.

Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check than currently required. If the role is assessed as a "regulated role," your appointment will be subject to joining the PVG Scheme. Any changes will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager or Recruitment Team.
