Somewhere by Nico is an innovative cocktail bar that looks to redefine what a bar experience looks like by blending storytelling, multi-sensory mixology and experience together. Featuring small plates, sharers, and snacks packed with bold flavors.
We’re looking for a Head Chef to take the lead, drive creativity, and deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
What You’ll Do
* Take full ownership of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Lead menu development, celebrating Latin American ingredients and techniques.
* Train, inspire, and mentor a passionate kitchen team.
* Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen efficiency with precision.
* Work closely with the team to refine and evolve the concept.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
* Strong leadership skills, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver excellence every time.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to an exceptional guest experience.
