About the Role As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right-hand person to the General Manager – helping lead the team, drive service standards, and deliver memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the success of our new opening, supporting everything from daily operations to team development. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who’s: Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality Passionate about customer service and high standards Experienced in high-volume, food-led venues Knowledgeable about fresh food and real ales (a bonus!)
